By accessing or using Coinly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Coinly is a multi-asset, multi-currency finance management platform. Features include account tracking, transaction categorisation, receipt scanning, budgeting, bank connections, and report generation. Features may change over time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload malicious code, interfere with security features, or probe for vulnerabilities.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission.
• Provide false or misleading financial data.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the financial data you input. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and content provided by Coinly remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the scope of your subscription plan.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid plan, billing and payment processing may be handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record. Refer to the checkout terms presented at the point of purchase for payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security risk, fraud, or repeated policy violations. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Coinly is not financial, investment, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made using information in the app.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coinly's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or data.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Coinly operates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
