Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy defines acceptable and prohibited uses of Coinly. By using the service you agree to follow these rules in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited activities

• Money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful financial activity.
• Uploading malware, exploits, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempting to access other users' data, bypass authentication, or probe for vulnerabilities.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling the service.
• Submitting knowingly false transactions, receipts, or bank data.

3. Fair use

AI scanning, bank syncing and exports are subject to reasonable usage limits per plan. We may throttle or suspend accounts that generate abusive load.

4. Account sharing

You may invite collaborators via the built-in sharing feature. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and report unlawful activity to authorities where required by law.
